On 6-25-13 my experience with Bill Hovis the Eastern County Commissioner was lack of knowledge of roads in his district of Eastern Wayne County. The quality of his demeanor is 0 very poor and unfair and lacking knowledge of the conditions of roads in Eastern Wayne County.
Its not the American way to treat the access to our American cemetery's.
If a road is public, as Bill Hovis does consider County Road 334 to be, then to my knowledge that is a county road, and that it should be maintained by the county, and further more if there is a public cemetery at the end of that road it to should be maintained by the county all the way to the public cemetery. The Jones-Chesnick Cemetery is at the end of county road 334 the access there has never been maintained.
